I have been a client of Dr. Todd Russett since 2002. He had just started out here in London as an associate Chiropractor and my brother suggested I go see him. So thankful that I did, as we have retained a working, doctor/client relationship all these years. He has supported me physically, mentally and emotionally. I have struggled with Fibromyalgia and PTSD for 37 years. Since 2016 I have had bilateral knee meniscal repairs, which have now left me with severe arthritis in both knees. I’m holding off on the knee replacements with Todd’s care. I don’t want to carry on about me, the point I’m wanting to make is that through it all Dr. Todd has been there for me, adjusting a hurting body while making suggestions for other modalities which might support my needs as they shift and change. Dr. Todd has used all his known tools of chiropractic adjustment, trigger point work and acupuncture to keep me moving and upright, not the easiest feat now for an aging body with my issues. Over the years I have followed him through his relocations and I currently drive from Exeter to London to receive my chiropractic care from him. LeeAnn is very personable and professional. She listens, is empathetic and attentive to your symptoms. During the assessment she proceeds with clinical care and provides an exercise program relieving symptoms while addressing underlying issues. In addition to in-clinic care, an adaptive program is developed to enable the patient to progress independently both in the interim and long term. LeeAnn has a depth of experience and is knowledgeable in current assessment and physiotherapy procedures, reflective of her commitment to continuous learning in her field. As a patient of LeeAnn’s, she has been instrumental in successfully addressing a variety of my issues over the years. I value her expertise and am fortunate to be able to take advantage of the effective and caring services she provides at this clinic.
The Russett Rehabilitation clinic as a whole, can boast excellent customer service with welcoming, efficient and accommodating reception staff. I’ve been a client of Russett Rehabilitation for a number of issues, and appreciate that the clinic includes additional services in chiropractic and massage therapy, which can compliment physiotherapy.
I have been helped by various practitioners at Russett Rehabilitation since I discovered them at the downtown location in 2004. LeeAnn’s Physiotherapy services as well as her moral support helped me recover from a wrist fracture and some long-term complications.
I had frequent appointments and found great comfort from the entire team as my hand function improved slowly. More recently, LeeAnn’s diagnosis of reasons for my knee pain and ultrasound treatments and prescriptive exercises were very helpful.
I have also had the need for Todd’s chiropractic services on several occasions throughout the years. I appreciate his gentle hands-on approach, explicit descriptions of the problem and advice for preventing it from recurring.
